How To Make An Appointment

To make an appointment for a telephone consultation or office visit call our office manager Mrs. Nancy Cavanagh Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM at 802-254-4765.

Office Visits
We offer friendly office hours -- our patients have been surprised & delighted to find when they are suddenly ill, that not only could they talk to a medical provider, but could often be treated that day. We continue the commitment of accommodating our patients with evening hours, and weekend visits if needed.
